Description: The objective of the thesis was to investigate and compare the medicine use practices in this dispensary and three similar health facilities in mahajanga which don't have pharmaceutical support using the WHO/INRUD core medicine use indicators in order to get a picture of these practices in the four facilities and to see if the pharmaceutical support in the dispansary of Aina Vao has an impact.
